Shipping and Returns
Please find below all the information relating to delivery and returns of your products ordered on our website.
Our standard dispatch time in 1-2 days with a delivery timescale of 1-7 working days for orders within Australia. However, Equipad will not be held responsible for any postal/courier delays which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure including the cost of shipment. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by emailing email@example.com, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.
All international orders will be posted via DHL, tracked and signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Equipad will not be held responsible for any delays within this postal service. Parcels may be passed onto local couriers by DHL which may delay tracking updates. If this is to occur, you must contact your local DHL for detailed tracking updates.
Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman: At present, we will only accept PO Box addresses for these destination countries. If you wish to ship your item to a personal address within these countries, please contact us for further information
Please note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
For all returns both domestic and International, please use the address label provided on your package. All postage is to be paid by the customer. We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty.
Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our warehouse. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace the item. Equipad will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject. We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry.
